DELEGATES (Hospitals)

• Individual Delegates : Rs. 1500/- per head
• Group Registration (5 + from One Hospital) : Rs. 1250/- per head

DELEGATES (Other Organizations)

• Individual Delegates : Rs. 2000/- per head
• Group Registration (3 + from One Organization) : Rs. 1750/- per head

STUDENTS

Individual Students : Rs. 1000/- per head
• Group Registration (10 + from One Institute) : Rs. 750/- per head

LAST DATE : Feb 15th 2012

An additional amount of Rs. 250 to be added for Registrations after the Last Date (subject to availability of seats)

AMEN would not be responsible for cancellation / postponement of the Event due to any kind of Natural / Man-made Disaster or unfavorable situation / incident.
