The everyday reality of the phenomenon is increasingly being witnessed in various forms - rising temperatures, shifting rainfall patterns, melting glaciers and rising sea levels. While the changes affect all, it is anticipated that developing countries will be the most affected with climate change aggravating hunger, disease and poverty.
