Sambodhi Research & Management Institute is pleased to announce the training programme on Results-Based Management of Development Interventions to be held at New Delhi from 23-24 February 2012.

Results-Based Management (or RBM) – a life cycle approach to management that integrates strategy, people, resources, processes, and measurements – helps improve decision making, accountability, and transparency in organizations by focusing on outcomes, performance measurement, learning and adapting.

The two-day training is designed to increase knowledge and augment skills of development practitioners for enabling Results-Based Management of interventions.

The course shall provide:
· 12-16 hours of tutorials
· Reading and reference material
· Follow-on support through electronic media
