Dear President, Secretary of TNGDA PLEASE why dont you do something about the DEPROMOTION ORDERS given to the senior doctors of our association in the name of promotion and all the humiliation metted out to our senior doctors by some of the JDS AND THE DMS.One JD even went to the extent of saying that the so called CCS are to be considered as ASSISTANT SURGEONS FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES AND this was said in the presence of the PRESIDENT of our District TNGDA.SIR, I humbly request you to either convene an emergency general body meeting of our association and request the DMS to give us seniors our due respect and exempt us CCS from doing duties, call duties post mortems etc,.Even a staff nurse who becomes a HEAD NURSE OR NURSING SUPT. IS GIVEN A SEPERATE ROOM AND THEIR WORKLOAD BECOMES LESSER AND THEY DONT DO ROUTINE DUTIES.IN WHAT WAY ARE WE INFERIOR TO THEM? SO KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BEFORE THE PRESENT DMS RETIRES. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL IF OUR ASSOCIATION DOES THIS FOR OUR CCS WHO HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AFTER 20 TO 22 YRS AND IN SOME CASES AFTER 25 YRS OF SERVICE.
