Message : Respected Ma"m, Are there clear cut duties for Hospital workers and OT.[surgical theatre]Asistants?? Is there a GO regarding the above,if so may I know the GO number please.The above workers are refusing to do certain 'jobs'claiming that it is not their duty.May I suggest that all hospitals should have the duties of various category of workers which will make it easy for the authorities to run the hospital smoothly.HOD/Anesthesia,VMC.
For any job, the last point in Job Function is
"Doing duties as directed by the Superior from time to time"
Use that !!!
