Please check this site periodically<br /><br />To Check<br /><br />1. That the VHN is at the planned place<br /><br />2. That the Ice Boxes are really Ice and Not Water<br /><br />3. That the VHN is following aseptic precautions<br /><br />4. That vaccines are given in the "correct site" (Do you know the site to give Measles Vaccine)<br /><br />5. That all vaccines are given<br /><br />6. That the VHN Fills in the record in her register correctly<br /><br />7. UPC (What is that??) List is maintained<br /><br />8. Also motivate mothers and other people there about all the government programs<br /><br />9. If you are going to a CNC, please check the DOTS Cases (if any)<br /><br />Other than this<br /><br />The Vaccine distribution register has the following details<br /><br />1. HSC<br />2. VHN<br />3. Location<br />4. Number of doses taken in Each Vaccine<br />5.
