There will be a special TNPSC for all the doctors working in various directorates and who had been appointed under Rule 10 A 1 in Tamil Nadu Medical Services. This includes
- Doctors appointed under 10 A 1,
- Doctors appointed by TNHSP,
- Doctors appointed in CEMONC,
- Doctors appointed under Post PG Compulsary Service
